- Adolescents younger than 18 may not be very skilled at or
even capable of seeing a bigger picture so keep the program
specific.
- Adolescents younger than 15 may not understand abstraction,
or sequence.
- Adolescents younger than 13 may not understand feelings,
especially of others and may not be able to adequately express their
feelings.

Age appropriate programs
As I have said a number of times in a number of ways, programs
and activities need to be age appropriate. This is more than just,
“are they tall enough” but emotional and intellectual
development. A few summary comments:
