Mark Twain's Toad Rules

Mark Twain's Toad Rules

If it's your job to eat a frog (talk to an angry parent), it's best to do it first thing in the morning. Mark Twain's actual quote: “Eat a live frog first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day.”

And If it's your job to eat two frogs (talk to an angry parent or an angry boss), it's best to eat the biggest one first.

It is easy to postpone unpleasant things, but you feel SO MUCH better if you get them out of the way.
